Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our ability to offer near Wholesale prices on quality Sportswear is based on long standing relationships with iconic American Manufacturers who ship directly to you from their factories. Because of this, our Policies guiding RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS reflect their internal policies and our Fair & Simple Guidelines.

In all cases except the occasional and rare shipment lost in transit, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained by writing to us @ ATUD.USA@gmail.com which should include order details, customer information and the reason(s) for the return.  All returns are to be in the original packaging and in new condition.

Three categories define what kind of return transaction may occur:

1) An error by us or the factory (We cover the return costs)

     We will issue an RMA number and a UPS ticket to have the package picked up at no       charge to the customer (or the customer may take it to an authorized UPS drop               off: locations found here https://www.ups.com/dropoff).

2) An error by the customer (You cover the return shipping costs and Returns are                  subject to a 15% or $10 minimum restocking charge which is waived if a                                       replacement order of equal or greater value is placed when the RMA is                                     requested/issued), and


      a. Returns are made with either the United States Postal Service or UPS.

​      b. The RMA number is prominently displayed on or near the shipping label                                  (avoiding the bar code areas), and

      c. A tracking number is provided to us when the return is shipped.

3) Item(s) damaged, defective or lost in transit are processed based on the                                following;

        a. Damage, Defect and Loss claims are made within 10 days from the day of                               receipt or the expected delivery date (this is a factory requirement).

        b. No delivery verification is present (when an order is lost in transit). 

        c. A damaged product claim is subject to inspection upon receipt of the returned                 products.

        d. Upon completion of an inspection and at the discretion of the factory and/or                     Athletic Team Uniforms Direct, the customer may choose between an                                     exchange, a store credit or a refund issued within one billing cycle to the                               original form of payment.
